Q. Do the prices on the website include VAT (tax)?

A. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT @ 20%. If you are ordering from a country outside the EU your order is exempt from tax and VAT will be zero rated when the order is processed at checkout.

Q. What are the order shipping costs?

A. Please see the support page for all shipping costs.

Q. Can you supply your upgrade modifications as a kit with instructions for DIY installation?

A. None of the upgrade modifications shown on our website are available as a DIY kit. You can purchase some individual items like clock, regulators, etc, for DIY installation.

Q. I cannot see my player/model in your list of modifications, can you upgrade it?

A. Our experience and knowledge base allows us to adapt our upgrades for any digital or analogue product include CD players, Blu-ray player, DAC’s, media players, pre-amplifiers, power amplifiers, integrated amplifiers. There are many products we have upgraded in the last 14 years and although your audio or visual product is not listed on our website it is probable that we have upgraded the model you own or a similar product in the range. Please contact us by e-mail or phone for information.

Q. How long does it take to complete an upgrade?

A. The typical timeframe is 1-2 weeks, although in practice we aim to return all equipment within 1 week from receipt.

Q. I live outside Europe (or in Europe), are you able to modify my audio or visual equipment?

A. We ship worldwide and accept modifications from all countries.
